- Proof of Bank Account. (Two Cancelled Cheque or Bank Certificate).
- Copy of Current month bank statement
- Residential Proof of the Employer (Driving License/Ration Card/Passport/Identity Card).
- Copy of Rent Agreement.
- Copy of C.S.T. / vat Registration Certificate/ Service tax registration / Shop act License
- Copy of Income Tax PAN No. /Copy of Application applied for PAN No.
- Two copy of work Order
- Letter Heads.
